Cancellation Procedure

• Article 1: Our products start to be prepared on the same day or the next day when you order. For this reason, we kindly ask you to inform us of your product withdrawal within 3 working days from the date you place your order.

• Article 2: We cannot cancel products with special size / fabric / color changes (if the period of 3 working days specified in Article 1 has been exceeded).

• Article 3: If the production of your order is completed and your order has been given to Cargo or Logistics (Transport) company, it cannot be canceled. In such a case, the incoming cargo should not be accepted and returned. When the required return reaches, you can use your right of return (unless it is the special order specified in Article 2).

• Article 4: For orders with a lower limit discount coupon, if any product in the order is canceled, if the remaining order amount does not meet the lower limit, the current campaign will be disabled and your fee will be refunded according to the remaining amount (in cases of cancellation not originating from .

Return Procedure

• Article 1: You have the right to return the product within 14 days, except for the following cases.

• Article 1b: Hygienic products: These are personalized products due to their nature, and these types of products cannot be returned due to hygiene rules. (mattress, pillow, etc. products)

• Article 1c: Installed products: Installed as disassembled; Products made by our teams, professional installation teams or our customers are also non-refundable.

• Article 2: Products that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded. In the absence of the original package, we request that you pack the product in such a way that it will not be damaged while being transported by Cargo or Logistics (Transport).

• Article 3: If the product has a problem caused by its production, you can return the product free of charge within 30 days. In order to find out if there is a production error, we request you to submit the visual and written details that will be required to be conveyed to the production units, when requested by you.

• Article 4: Shipping fee is not refundable for arbitrary returns of products for which shipping costs have been received. You are entitled to a refund for a 50% return shipping fee for the arbitrary return of the products that have not been charged.

• Article 5: Campaign products cannot be returned. For this reason, we kindly ask you to carefully check the detailed information about our campaign products on the product detail page.

• Article 6: We specify the product dimensions on our site, it is out of our return and refund terms because the size does not fit. Please read product sizes and color carefully before purchasing the product.

• Article 7: For products sent by cargo, we request you to check the product package for damage. • Article 1: If you did not receive your product and want to use your right to change, you must first request a cancellation for the product you purchased (in accordance with the cancellation terms).

• Item 1b: If the price of the product you changed is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, returns the price difference as you made the payment when creating a new order.

• Article 2: Your cargo is delivered to you within 1-3 business days in Edirne and Istanbul on weekdays and within 2-6 business days outside Istanbul with the assurance of Aras Kargo. (Relevant times may vary depending on force majeure and remote locations.)
